Create your Board Consent Approving Option Grants

In order for your Delaware C-Corp to grant options to your team members under your Equity Incentive Plan, the board must first approve the issuance of these grants. The approval refers to the fair market value of the shares (whether by way of a 409A valuation or an internal board valuation), the names of the people granted options, the number of options granted to each and the vesting terms.
