Create your Non-Disclosure Agreement

The NDA outlines that confidential information will be shared by one party to the other (known as a “one-way” NDA). It includes a term, allows for equitable relief and sets out the governing law and jurisdiction for settling disputes through the courts. It also includes an obligation on the recipient of confidential information to notify the discloser of any breach of the terms of the NDA (e.g. confidential information being disclosed to a third party without consent) that they become aware of.
