Protect your startup by setting out terms for website users to follow.
Website Terms of Use are an agreement between your startup and the users of your website, setting out the terms they should follow when using your site.
There is no legal requirement to have these terms in place, but it’s extremely beneficial – having published terms helps avoid future disagreements or misunderstandings.
Login into your account (or sign-up, if you don't have one).
Go to the Generate Documents tab, choose International from the dropdown and select Website Terms of Use.
Complete each field in the form and select your various options.
Once you generate the document, you can save it in draft, edit it, and when final, send it for signature through our built-in DocuSign integration.
